Appointments and Walk-Ins
To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgeries, we operate primarily by appointment however, walk-ins are welcome. Like humans, pets do not synchronize their illnesses with an appointment book and surgical procedures sometimes take longer than planned, so an occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we pride ourselves on seeing each client on time, and all appreciate a phone call if an appointment needs to be rescheduled. We know your time is important to you.
Drop-Off Service
We also have “Drop-Off” service where you may call ahead and request services and leave your pet with a specified pick-up time.
Emergency Service is available on a 24-hour basis.
After our normal clinic hours, all emergencies are handled by the Alabama Emergency Clinic, Inc., which is owned and operated by veterinarians in the Huntsville area. The fully-equipped and fully-staffed AEC facility is open whenever most veterinary clinics are closed, thereby providing quality veterinary care when your pets needs it most. Our staff veterinarians participate on a rotational schedule as needed. We feel this service is paramount in providing quality emergency service for our clients and their pets.
